Terms and Conditions

Rates are valid until March 31, 2017.  All rates are quoted in USD.   Additional Adults per room are charged at the rate of 25% of the daily rate and includes all standard inclusions.

Bookings and Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings can be made in person at the Villa with your Villa Manager Ni Wayan, by email or contact the Villa by phone on +62 (0) 3634 1784. However, more advanced bookings should be made with our Booking Manager by email.

Villa Pantai Bali offers the choice of two Grand King size suites. The Suites have a maximum capacity of two Adults and one Child. In total the Villa can accommodate four Adults and two Children. Children are to be strictly supervised at all times whilst on the grounds of the Villa, particularly around the pool, spa and the beach areas. Additional Adults per room are charged at the rate of 25% of the daily rate and includes all standard inclusions.

Check-in time is 02:00 pm
Check-out time is 12:00 noon
Late check-out (day use) until 06:00 pm is at an additional charge of 50% of the daily room rate. Subject to availability.

We recommend that 3 days is the minimum stay to fully appreciate all that the Villa has to offer.
Peak Season, Christmas, Easter and Chinese New Year periods: 7 nights
High Season: 5 nights
All other times: 3 nights

For all bookings, a 50% deposit of the total accommodation amount is required within 7 days of making your booking. Payment can be processed via electronic bank transfer or PayPal. Non-payment of the deposit within this required time period, could result in the loss of your booking.

A Booking Confirmation Form will be emailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.

The final accommodation balance paid by electronic bank transfer or PayPal, is due two (2) weeks prior to arrival at the villa. Banking details will be provided at time of booking. Credit Cards are not accepted at the Villa.

Any bank charges will be the responsibility of guests when paying by electronic bank transfer.

For bookings made 7 days or less prior to arrival and where online banking facilities are not available, full cash payment is required upon arrival at the Villa. USD or IDR (Rupiah) are acceptable.

All sundry payments for other services (meals, transport, massage etc) are to be made in USD or IDR (Rupiah) cash (bank notes) prior to leaving the villa at the end of the rental period.

For bookings that are cancelled 31 days or more before arrival, deposits will be returned in full less USD $150 administration fee.

For bookings that are cancelled 30 days or less before arrival, deposits will be non-refundable.

Notices of cancellation must be received in writing (by email or mail). In the case of cancellations where a guest has confirmed a booking with a deposit, however the balance has not been paid, the guest remains responsible for the final payment.

Supervise Children – It is the responsibility of all adult guests to supervise any children staying at the villa at all times. This is especially the case with children playing around the pool, spa or beach areas.

Damage – Any damage to property of Villa Pantai Bali caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest. Guests will be charged the full cost of any breakage or repair of such damage to the Villa.

Payment of Account – Guests have the responsibility to ensure their accommodation and services accounts charged by Villa Management are paid in cash prior to their departure from the Villa.

PaymentsCredit cards and Travellers cheques are not accepted at the Villa. Banks and money changers are located within close proximity to the Villa for the guests’ convenience.

  • The management of Villa Pantai Bali recommends that guests obtain travel insurance for their stay at Villa Pantai Bali. The Villa management and staff will not be held responsible for any claims for damages of loss or injury of any description whilst a guest at Villa Pantai Bali. The Villa management and staff will however render as much assistance as they can to avoid or reduce the loss or injury to its guests. Ours guests safety and security are of paramount concern to Villa management.
