Unlike in Australia and other parts of the world, Bali does not have laws governing the fencing of Swimming Pools and Spas. Consequently, the pool and spa at the Villa are not fenced and are open to all guests. Pools and spas, just like the beach and the surf, are dangerous places if you’re not careful. Please exercise extreme caution when using the Pool or Spa. If you are accompanied by small or young children, please ensure they are supervised at all times. Never take your eyes off them for a moment, because accidents can happen very quickly.
